Please note that all of our website slots are limited, and once a slot has been allocated to a client, it becomes unavailable to other clients. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds after a purchase has been made. This policy ensures that our clients have equal access to our services and that we can maintain the high quality of our work.

If you have already paid but have not submitted your content form, you are not eligible for a refund under our policy. This is because our team invests significant time and resources in preparing to work on a project, such as assigning a dedicated team, setting up project management tools, and conducting an initial assessment of the client’s requirements. This investment is necessary to ensure that we can create a customized website that meets our client’s expectations. Since we invest significant resources in preparing to work on a project, we cannot offer refunds once a client has paid for our services. The payment indicates the client’s commitment to moving forward with the project, and our team expects to receive the necessary content form in a timely manner to proceed with the development process.
